Fragment Analyzer:

The Fragment Analyzer systems utilize automated parallel capillary electrophoresis to provide reliable quality control (QC) for nucleic acids.

  1. Systems performs reliable quality control for a range of applications, including NGS libraries, allowing:
  • Quality control of NGS libraries (100-6000 bp) and DNA fragments (50 to 1500 bp)
  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis of long NGS libraries (up to 50 bp)

    2. Qualitative and Quantitative study of Genetic Material (DNA, RNA etc)and many samples run simultaneously



PCR-machines  (thermocyclers) are used for replication of DNA, detecting DNA sequences, carrying out DNA fingerprinting, forensic analysis, and molecular cloning, diagnosing genetic diseases, and detecting pathogens.


Illumina MiSeq Next Generation Sequencing platform:

The MiSeq benchtop sequencer enables targeted and microbial genome applications, with high-quality sequencing, simple data analysis, and cloud storage.

  1. Whole-genome and candidate region sequencing.
