The Academic Branch deals following works related to UG programmes {B.V.Sc.&A.H. and B. Tech (Dairy Technology)}:

  • To attend various queries and providing proactive solution to general public/students over phones and e-mails related to Academics.
  • Approval of scroll of UG programmes and other work related to Convocation.
  • Constitution of various committees i.e. Unfair means committee, prospectus committee, admission committee, SC/ST cell, SGRC etc.
  • Any amendments in Affiliation rules, University Calendar Vol.-II, Statutes related to Academic affairs.
  • Document verification of UG students of constituent and affiliated colleges from various boards/universities/ other govt. agencies or certificate issuing authorities.
  • The work related to temporary affiliation/permanent affiliation, de-affiliation and renewal of affiliation of the private colleges for B.V.Sc.&A.H. programme under the supervision of Dean/Director of the concerned constituent college.
  • To upload the DMCs/Transcript/PDC/Degree certificates on the NAD/Digi Locker portal along with ABC IDs of the students.
