Time spent at LUVAS, Hisar/CBLU, Bhiwani by the Ph.D. students shall be counted for the purpose of determining residential requirements of CBLU, Bhiwani/LUVAS, Hisar.  LUVAS students will be required to nominate a faculty member of CBLU, Bhiwani as Co-Major supervisor and CBLU, Bhiwani student will be required to nominate a faculty member of LUVAS, Hisar as Co-Major supervisor who will be signatory as Co-Supervisor in the synopsis and thesis. In addition, they will be required to complete Ph.D. course work/ Pre Ph.D. prescribed by LUVAS, Hisar / CBLU, Bhiwani.

Agreement of both the parties that the university share (approximately 40% of gross revenue) from the revenue generated by commercialization of said technologies should be shared in the ratio of 80% and 20% between ‘CCSHAU’ and ‘LUVAS’, respectively, keeping in the view of sharing of facilities and other financial decision with ‘LUVAS’ after bifurcation of ‘CCSHAU
