About the department

The Haryana Pashu Vigyan Kendra (HPVK) at Keorak, Kaithal, is an outreach and extension center under LUVAS, Hisar, committed to the integrated development of livestock and allied sectors in the region. Operating temporarily from the Pashu Vigyan Kendra, Kaithal (Titram) this center is being established to play a leading role in delivering veterinary, diagnostic, and training services to the livestock farmer.

Activities:

The center delivers services related to livestock production, health management and prevention of diseases and treatment of livestock. The center is also engaged in organization of Kisan Gosthis, Vocational dairy farming training programmes, and organization of farmer scientist interactions in association with PVK.
