Grievance Redressal Cell

Grievance_Committee_dated_24-06-2022 The University has constituted a committee for receiving and enquiring into the grievance (s) of the students or teachers or other staff. The function of the cell is to look into the complaints lodged and judge its merit. The Grievance Cell’s goal is to develop an attitude of accountability and responsiveness among all stakeholders so that the institute can continue to have a positive learning environment. The cell will deal with Grievances received about academics, hostel, caste discrimination etc. The complaint can be lodged by filling an online form.

Student’s Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC)

In compliance of the UGC notification dated 11.04.2023, with the approval of competent authority, following Student’s Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) is constituted to consider the grievances of the students of constituent and affiliated private colleges of the University:

1 .Dr. Pawan Kumar, Prof. Deptt. of VAN - Chairperson

2. Dr. Sanjay Yadav, Prof. & HoD, LPT - Member

3. Dr. Sandeep Gupta, Principal Scientist, VPB - Member

4. Dr. Vikas Nehra, Sr. Scientist & HoD, Vety. Pathology - Member

5. Dr. Swati Dahiya, Scientist, Deptt. of VMC - Member

6. Dr. Ravi Dutt, Asstt. Prof., Deptt. of VGO - Member-Secretary

7. Mr. Manish, Admission No. 2019V24B, 4th year B.V.Sc.&A.H. student - Special invitee

The terms of the Chairperson and members will be for a period of two years and the term of the special invitee will be one year. The quorum for the meeting including the Chairperson, will be three, excluding the special invitee.

Dr. R.A. Luthra, Prof. (Retd.), LUVAS is appointed as Ombudsperson to hear, and decide on, appeals of the students against the decision of Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) on their grievance(s).
