Grievance Redressal Cell

The University has constituted a committee for receiving and enquiring into the grievance (s) of the students or teachers or other staff. The function of the cell is to look into the complaints lodged and judge its merit. The Grievance Cell’s goal is to develop an attitude of accountability and responsiveness among all stakeholders so that the institute can continue to have a positive learning environment. The cell will deal with Grievances received about academics, hostel, caste discrimination etc. The complaint can be lodged by filling an online form.

Dr. R.A. Luthra, Prof. (Retd.), LUVAS is appointed as Ombudsperson to hear, and decide on, appeals of the students against the decision of Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) on their grievance(s).
