The Committee to supervise the implementation of the e-governance system in the University constituted by the Worthy Vice-Chancellor vide Green sheet PE/LUVAS/465/ 7250/2018-19 dated 13.2.2019 has been reconstituted by the Worthy Vice-Chancellor vide Green Sheet No. PA/LUVAS/324/19041/2022-2023, dated 09.09.2022. The structure and function of the committee is as detailed below :-

The Incharge of Hardware and Networking systems will look after all tasks related to maintenance, troubleshooting, AMC, repair, procurement and implementation of material etc. related to the hardware and networking systems. Whereas, Secretary-cum-Incharge of e-governance will look after all tasks related to implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, AMC, repair and procurement of software related to e-governance. Dr. Pawan Kumar will associate both the incharges for day-to-day work as per the need. The faculty members mentioned at Sr. No. 5 to 10 will look after the assigned work in addition to their own duties.

The following members by name shall perform the duties as mentioned against their name as well as other duties assigned by the Chairman from time to time:

  1. Preeti Lakhani, Assistant Professor, VPB: Manage the proper functioning of student attendance module including biometric attendance system. She will also coordinate the hardware and network issue of Vety. Anatomy Block & Vety. Clinics Complex.
  2. Sanjeevana Kumari, Assistant Professor, VMI: Manage the proper functioning of pre-admission, online counselling and student portal modules. She will also coordinate the hardware and network issue of PG Block, Comptroller office & FMD unit.
  3. Pawan Kumar, Assistant Professor ABT: Manage the proper functioning of research management, examination and results modules. He will also coordinate the hardware and network issue of the Dean office.
  4. Rajesh, Assistant Professor, VAHEE: Manage the AMC and payment process to M/s ITI Ltd and M/s Starlink Ltd. He will also coordinate the hardware and network issue of New Block and DFSAH.
  5. Sumit Mahajan, Assistant Professor, CODST: Overall management of hardware and networking system including repair and procurement of material and proper functioning of e governance system along with other members.
  6. Vijay J. Jadhav, Professor VPHE: Overall management of e Governance system, conduct of committee meetings.

Reconstitution of University Website management committee

The University Website Management Committee constituted to look after the day to day work of University website by the Worthy Vice- Chancellor vide Green Sheet No. TV/LUVAS/378/ 14412/ 2021-22 dated 18.8.2021 has been reconstituted by the Worthy Vice- Chancellor vide Green sheetNo. PA/LUVAS/325/19042/2022-2023 dt.09.09.2022. Secretary-cum-Working Incharge will perform all the necessary updates of home page content and maintain the aesthetic look of the website. He will also manage the email system, AMC, website hosting, SSL certification and domain name related payment process to website service provider i.e. M/s iNET Business Hub as well as conduct of committee meetings. The faculty members mentioned at Sr. No. 2 to 8 will look after the assigned work in addition to their own duties.

Members will update the contents of various webpages from time to time as assigned to them by the working Incharge.
