About Department

Since 2016, the Department of Dairy Chemistry in College of Dairy Science and Technology is responsible for the teaching of various courses related to Dairy Chemistry, Food Chemistry and Quality Assurance at Under Graduate level. The postgraduate programme i.e. M.Tech. in Dairy Chemistry has been started from the academic year 2020-21. The department also handles research projects related to the subject matter and participates in the extension activities. The department has a fully equipped undergraduate and postgraduate research laboratory for quality analysis of milk and milk products.
