ICAR SHORT COURSE ON "ROLE OF HYGIENE IN FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY CONTROL"

College of Dairy Science & Technology, LUVAS, Hisar is going to organize ICAR SHORT COURSE  ON “ROLE OF HYGIENE IN FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY CONTROL” from 9th - 18th September 2019.

The course curriculum has been designed to cover various aspects of food safety and quality control with reference to role of hygiene in dairy/food plant design and farm processing, evaluation and food safety assessment using advance techniques, accessing the efficacy of sanitizers and detergents in dairy/food industry, detection of heavy metals, adulterants, drug and pesticide residues in milk & milk products, CIP of Membrane, HACCP and its applications, smart packaging for dairy and food products with respect to food safety, IPR with respect to food Industry, chemical aspects in food quality etc. The course comprises theory lectures as well as practical demonstration by resource persons from LUVAS, associated institutions and industry experts.
