The Haryana Veterinarian (Formerly "The Punjab Veterinarian") is a scientific journal devoted to Veterinary Profession. It is published bi-annually in the months of June and December. The Haryana Veterinarian publishes original articles in English pertaining to animal health, management and production. The articles are published as research and clinical articles and as short communications. Invited review articles are published from time to time. The journal accepts advertisements concerning scientific and veterinary instruments, drugs and chemicals, books and journals.
Aim and Scope
The Haryana Veterinarian publishes original articles in English pertaining to animal health, management and production. Broadly, the journal publishes articles from the disciplines like Veterinary Anatomy, Veterinary Physiology and Biochemistry, Animal Biotechnology, Animal Nutrition, Livestock Production Management, Animal Genetics and Breeding, Livestock Products Technology, Veterinary & Animal Husbandry Extension Education, Veterinary Medicine, Veterinary Parasitology, Veterinary Pharmacology & Toxicology, Veterinary Public Health & Epidemiology, Veterinary Gynaecology and Obstertrics, Veterinary Microbiology, Veterinary Pathology, Veterinary Surgery & Radiology including the diseases of domestic, wild, laboratory, zoo, equines and companion animals. The articles are published as research and clinical articles and as short communications. Invited review articles are published from time to time. The manuscripts are accepted on the understanding that their contents have not been and will not be published in whole or in part in any other journal and are subject to editorial review and revision. All authors should agree to submission of the article in The Haryana Veterinarian for publication. Authors should also give a certificate to the effect that all experiments on animals have been undertaken in accordance with the provisions of the laws governing animal experimentation.
